Monthly Events

Join Adventure UMC for an afternoon of rock climbing at the Pendergrass-Murray Recreational Preserve on Sunday, September 20! Meet us at the Upper Motherlode parking area at 3:00 PM, or catch a ride in the van from Richmond First UMC at 1:30 PM or Winchester First UMC at 2:00 PM. All climbing gear is provided, and no experience is necessary. Come ready for adventure!

Join Adventure UMC for a hike through the beautiful Berea Pinnacles! Meet us at the Forest Outreach Center at 3:00 PM, or catch a ride in the van from Richmond First UMC at 1:30 PM or Winchester First UMC at 2:00 PM. This hike is moderate to difficult, so wear sturdy hiking shoes or boots and bring plenty of water. Come ready to experience God’s creation together!

Celebrate Adventure UMC’s third anniversary with a hike at Natural Bridge State Park! Meet us at 3:00 PM outside the gift shop and restroom area near the trailhead, or catch a ride in the van from Richmond First UMC at 1:30 PM or Winchester First UMC at 2:00 PM. Wear sturdy hiking shoes, bring some water, and come celebrate three years of worship, community, and adventure!
